Sally Summerhayes and Tim Fellows launched Firebrick in 2015. They both have many years experience in field marketing, events and promotional staffing industry, and their skill sets compliment to provide a full package. Sally and Tim share the same business ethos and enthusiasm for providing quality service, and feel this can be best delivered in a small, flexible environment where they can be close to the client and the staff.
With over eighteen years experience in field marketing and free distribution, Sally loves the excitement of working with a team of people to create successful brand experiences.
Sally has worked with the biggest publishers in free distribution. Starting her career working on the launch of Metro in Edinburgh, Sally has set up and managed field teams distributing great titles such as Evening Standard, London Lite, Time Out, Metro Herald and Sport magazine.
During her career, Sally has worked on successful strategic and tactical field marketing campaigns with brands such as British Airways, Tui, Daily Mail and Western Union.
Sally's focus on exceeding clients' expectations through excellent, innovative and collaborative account management is at the heart of Firebrick's
Tim is a qualified accountant and has worked in commerce for many years, holding FD positions in a number of companies, initially in the travel industry and then more latterly in the field marketing and free distribution sectors.
Prior to setting up Firebrick, for ten years, he was FD and then MD of the UK's foremost free distribution operator, working alongside Sally.
Whilst holding the fiscal reins, Tim takes the view that client service is paramount, and that Firebrick's success can only be achieved alongside excellent and continually improving service.
